Shipping fee : ONLY $14.99 PER ORDER WORLDWIDE!
Most orders will ship out within 3-7 days (excluding Malaysia holiday and weekends) of ordering. In peak periods, please allow for up to 15 business days for dispatch.
Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-10 business days.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express / Aramex with tracking ID.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

IMPORTANT : Please provide us with Valid shipping address.
We will not make refund at any circumstance, if invalid address / contact number is assigned.
If courier is unable to deliver the package, you will have 2 days to provide us with the alternative address / contact number.
All packages will be disposed if alternative address is not provided / or assigned address is invalid, and you will be charged for full amount of your order.

Returns Policy
We do not accept return / refunds.
We accept return / refund only if the product is damaged from shipping or wrong products are shipped.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) levied by the destination country. Shipping Delays
Customs clearance procedures and inspections can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. ETUMAXROYALHONEY.COM is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, labor disputes, and/or transportation problems). We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
